How website information is handled.
This policy covers information collected through the Ledger1 marketing website. It does not describe how third-party infrastructure partners handle data during regulated onboarding or transactional workflows.
Effective date: [COMPLIANCE APPROVAL REQUIRED: PRIVACY EFFECTIVE DATE]
What the site collects
The Discuss Your Program form collects: name, work email, company name and website, role, headquarters country, business type, primary program need, target regions, expected monthly volume range, expected launch timeframe, program description, and an optional referral source. Attribution parameters (utm_*) are preserved when present in the referring URL. The site logs basic technical information such as the browser user-agent string on form submission.
What the site does not collect
Do not submit Social Security numbers, account credentials, private keys, seed phrases, government identification documents, or other sensitive personal or financial information through this form. If a submission contains content that appears to be sensitive personal or financial information, the server may reject the submission and prompt the sender to remove it.
Cookies and analytics
The site does not set marketing cookies by default and does not display third-party advertising. If an analytics or product vendor is added in the future, this policy will be updated and the vendor will be identified. Only non-identifying events (page views, CTA clicks, validation errors by field name) are tracked; free-text form contents and personally identifiable submissions are not sent to analytics.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to evaluate commercial fit, respond to inquiries, and coordinate follow-up with the submitter. It may be retained as part of the operational record for that inquiry.
Sharing
Ledger1 uses reputable service providers to host the website and store form submissions. Those service providers process data on Ledger1's behalf under standard confidentiality and data-protection terms. Ledger1 does not sell submitted information.
Retention
Submissions are retained for as long as needed to evaluate, respond to, and document the inquiry, and thereafter as required by legal and record-keeping obligations. Retention periods depend on the nature of the inquiry.
Security
Ledger1 uses commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect submitted information. No website transmission or storage system is fully secure; the site should not be used to transmit sensitive personal or financial information.
Rights and choices
Individuals may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information they submitted, subject to applicable law and any overriding record-keeping obligations. Requests can be made through the privacy contact below.
International access
The site is accessible from many jurisdictions. Depending on access location, information submitted may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where Ledger1 or its service providers operate.
Children
The site is intended for commercial users and is not directed to children.
